Acceptance of Terms
By accessing, registering, or booking through Insta Space’s digital platform (website or app), you confirm your agreement to these Terms & Conditions, all applicable laws, and all published policies (including the Service Policy, Privacy Policy, Codes of Conduct, and Refund & Return Policy). Continued use signifies ongoing acceptance.
Service Scope
Insta Space offers on-demand, hourly and daily rental of Business Spaces (meeting rooms, coworking desks, boardrooms, conference halls), Living Spaces (executive/staff accommodations, co-living, lounges, study rooms), and Enterprise Spaces (studios, storage, logistics facilities) exclusively in DHA 7 & 9, Lahore. All services are managed through the Insta Space digital platform.
User Eligibility & Registration
- Users must be 18 years or older, or possess verified guardian consent.
- Registration details must be accurate and kept up to date. Multiple or fraudulent accounts are strictly prohibited.
- Insta Space reserves the right to verify identity and eligibility at any time.
Bookings & Payments
- All bookings require advance payment via secure, PCI DSS-compliant gateways.
- Bookings are confirmed only after payment receipt and digital contract acceptance.
- Users must adhere to booking times and vacate spaces promptly. Overstays may result in additional charges.
Permitted Use & Conduct
- Spaces may only be used for their designated purposes (business, living, or enterprise activities). Commercial activity in Living Spaces is not allowed.
- Compliance with all published Codes of Conduct for each space category is mandatory.
- Disruptive, illegal, unsafe, or non-compliant conduct will result in removal, penalties, or permanent exclusion.
Cancellations, Refunds & Modifications
- Cancellations and refund requests are governed by the Insta Space Refund & Return Policy.
- Service fees, payment gateway charges, and taxes are non-refundable except as required by law.
- Changes to bookings are subject to space availability and may incur additional costs.
Security, Access & Data Protection
- Users are responsible for safeguarding access credentials and personal property.
- Insta Space is not liable for loss, theft, or damage to personal belongings.
- All user data is processed in accordance with the Insta Space Privacy Policy and applicable data protection laws.
Liability & Limitations
- Insta Space’s liability is limited to the amount paid for the relevant booking, unless otherwise required by Pakistani law.
- Insta Space is not responsible for interruptions or non-performance due to force majeure (natural disasters, regulatory actions, etc.).
- Approved third-party providers (e.g., cleaning, security, payment processors) are contractually bound to Insta Space’s standards.
Policy Updates & Communication
- Insta Space may update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Users will be notified of substantive changes via the platform or email.
- Continued use of the platform following updates constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
- These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of Pakistan.
- Disputes will be resolved amicably where possible; unresolved matters may be referred to the competent courts in Lahore.
