Return & Refund Policy
Policy Statement
This policy establishes Insta Space’s official standards for returns and refunds, delivering transparency, operational fairness, and compliance with Pakistani law. It is designed for all digital bookings made via the Insta Space platform and supersedes all prior versions.
Core Principles
Transparency: All terms are clearly communicated prior to booking confirmation.
- Equity: The policy balances customer protection with Insta Space’s operational integrity.
- Efficiency: Refunds and credits are processed within published timelines, ensuring prompt resolution.
- Documentation: All claims must be submitted in writing via the Insta Space app or to booking@instaspace.pk
Cancellations & Refund Structure
- Cancellations received 24 hours or more before the scheduled booking start time are eligible for a 100% refund to the original payment method.
- Refunds are processed for all payment types: Cash, Credit Card, Bank Transfer, QR, and POS.
Voucher & App Wallet Credit (Less Than 24 Hours)
- Cancellations received less than 24 hours before the scheduled start time are not eligible for a cash refund.
- Instead, a voucher equal to the booking value will be issued and the equivalent amount credited to the customer’s Insta Space app wallet for future use.
- Credits do not expire unless otherwise stated and may be redeemed for any future booking within the app.
Insta Space-Initiated Cancellations
- If Insta Space cancels a booking due to venue unavailability, technical failure, or force majeure, a full refund will be issued to the original payment method. Alternatively, a rescheduling or substitute venue may be offered at no additional cost; acceptance is at the customer’s discretion.
Service Issues & Dispute Resolution
- If a venue is materially misrepresented, inaccessible,or unsafe, the customer must report the issue within 1 hour of check-in. Verified claims may result in a full or partial refund, or a suitable alternative, at Insta Space’s sole discretion. All disputes are reviewed by Insta Space management and resolved in accordance with Pakistani consumer law. Decisions are final and binding.
Non-Refundable Items & Special Provisions
Service fees, payment gateway charges, andapplicable taxes are non-refundable unless required by law. No refunds or credits will be issued for no-shows or for cancellations made after the booking start time. Credits are non-transferable, non-exchangeable for cash, and may only be used by the original account holder. Insta Space reserves the right to deny service and/or take legal action in cases of fraudulent or abusive refund claims.
Process & Communication
All refund and return requests must be submitted through the Insta Space app or by emailing booking@instaspace.pk. Eligible refunds are processed within 7 business days for standard bookings; credits and vouchers are issued instantly to the user’s app wallet. Supporting documentation (e.g., photos, receipts) may be required to process certain claims.
